so i thought i would throw up a post here while we’re on the road but i don’t have any more live stuff to put up yet. i noticed the recorder i’ve been using has some digital clicks so…i don’t know what i’m going to do about that, but i figured i would talk about things that have happened on the road…
first off, did you know mr. kool-aid is from nebraska? oh yeah! it’s true! so if you had any doubts about whether nebraska was cooler than kansas…now you know.. nebraska also has more trees.
i learned today that in northeastern colorado there’s farms where they grow tires. no shit.
also, i hear Las Vegas is all up in arms because the president used it as an example of foolish spending yesterday during a speech in New Hampshire. who gives a fuck? it isn’t going to hurt Vegas tourism. why isn’t anyone concerned about this little soundbite from the same speech: that’s how i roll. come on, should our president really be saying things like “that’s how i roll”? (thanks, npr for the soundbite!
i kind of don’t really want to write more now, but i will mention that the show at basement 414 was the most fun we’ve had along the way. everyone was great, but highlights were Dental Work, Xrin Arms, and marlo.
anyway, i guess that’s about all i have for you now. i need to work on some of the recordings i’ve made…soon i’ll have stuff up from Childe Bride, Decapitated Hed, Xrin Arms, Dental Work, and some more of marlo’s stuff of course.

woot! alright. so we got off to a rough start in Seattle with some tube playing drums, but we’re more than making up for it now. Marlo Eggplant solo tour. no lame canadian drummer. the eugene show rocked. tomorrow night she’s playing the Luggage Gallery in San Francisco.
